Q: WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
A: Since this is a presale, orders will ship once production is complete. We estimate shipping will begin within 2-3 weeks of your purchase. A tracking number will provided when the item(s) have shipped. You will be notified.
Q: CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER PURCHASE?
A: You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production begins, and changes cannot be made. Be sure to make your solid decision before you purchase. Sudden changes disturb the production process.
Q: HOW DO I KNOW IF MY SIZE IS AVAILABLE?
A: During a presale, all sizes listed are available for purchase. Be sure to place your order early to guarantee your preferred size. Any special items upon request may be considered by contacting the production team but please refer to the pre listed items.
Q: WILL I BE CHARGED NOW OR WHEN THE ITEM SHIPS?
A: Payment is processed at the time of purchase to secure your item during the presale. When the item ships a tracking number will be provided and announced.
Q: CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
A: Yes, once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your package. An announcement will also be made on social media
(follow me!) with updates and shipping progress.
Q: ARE THERE ANY DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE?
A: Since presale items are already offered at a limited, exclusive price, additional discounts are typically not available. Discounts will be available after the presale season during the holidays. Discounts will also be announced on all social media platforms. Follow for more.
Q: WHAT IF THE ITEM SELLS OUT DURING THE PRESALE?
A: Presale items are available on limited supply. Items will be available in future sales during the holidays. If an item sells out, it will no longer be available for purchase during the presale period.
Q: DO PRESALE ITEMS QUALIFY FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
A: No, presale items purchased are all final sales. All items are custom made to order. Extra care is taken into each individual piece of material. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact the shop for further assistance.
Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEM I PURCHASED IS DELAYED?
A: If there are any delays in production or shipping, we will notify you immediately and keep you updated throughout the process. We are not responsible for missing items through the delivery service, however if such a case arose, please contact the shop for further assistance.
